Everything came together on sale day to deliver a record result for Welcome Swallow. The bull line up was consistent right across the draft - displaying plenty of meat, muscle and thickness. The new genetics offered by the sons of TC Aberdeen were well received. The new Sales Team led by Michael Glasser GTSM, Mick Curtis, Newmarket Euroa and Justin Way, Rodwells Benalla worked a dream. The big crowd turned out to enjoy a beautiful Autumn day with the seasonal outlook looking good and markets strong.
The star of the day was undoubtedly our very own home bred Donor Welcome Swallow X7 - the dam of the $14,000 top priced bull Welcome Swallow Aberdeen X7 F289 as well as two other sons to average over $10,000 per head. In addition Lot 23 her grandson by Sitz New Design 458N also achieved $10,000.
